In Loving Memory Of Emily Jane Stangl

Emily Jane was part of the Outcast family. A dedicated foster and pit bull advocate who showered the dogs with love and compassion. A vet tech who often spent time with our medical cases while performing her job, she always was there when called upon. A life taken too soon, a life we will always remember.

Emily will forever be in our hearts and will forever be part of the Outcast Family.



Emily Jane Stangl, age 28 of Bethlehem passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 25th at her home. Emily was born in Bethlehem on September 22, 1990 daughter of Andrea (Quier) Stangl Kennedy of Effort and the late James Paul Stangl. Emily had worked as a Veterinary Tech Supervisor for Crown Veterinary Specialists in Lebanon, NJ. We have been blessed with the presence of Emily in our lives. She will be deeply missed by her loving mother: Andrea Kennedy and her husband Larry of Effort; her brother: Douglas James Stangl of Fountain Hill; her grandmother: Margaret A. Stangl of Bethlehem. She is also survived by an uncle: John F. Stangl and his wife Bonnie of Lansdale; two aunts: Judith Stangl and her husband Gary Riehle of Telford and Joan Stangl of Bethlehem; four cousins: Kimberly, Gabriel, Mathias and Zachary and a great aunt: Mary Gualandi of Toms River, NJ. She loved her rescue dogs: Honey, Buster, Manson and Juniper. Emily was preceded in death by her father: James Paul Stangl, maternal grandmother, Jane H. Quier and an uncle Douglas H. Mott. A memorial service will be held 3 pm, Saturday, May 4th at Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Route 209, Gilbert, PA with Rev. David Felker officiating. Family and friends are welcome to offer condolences on Saturday, May 4th from 1 pm until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
